My name is Hermano Exalus in Fort Lauderdale FL. Im looking to take the next step into real estate and also in life. Ive been doing a little reading from time to time. But now im going to start taking thing a little more serious. I starting a small business so i been mostly focused on that. But i been reading when i get a chance about real estate and that is looking like my next step. I started mapping some goals for my self which included a portfolio full of rental properties giving a great month income. 4-6 of flips a year. Not looking like thats the easiest thing to do in broward and mia dade. Might have to venture around the state. seems like multi families are cheaper and more profitable elsewhere. Thank you for reading and future advice.

Couple of quick questions.. .How is the wholesaling market down here??? Im looking to raise capital to invest  and that seems the best way without any money to start.

Should i really consider the single family market if i want to stay with local investments to start off in broward and mia dade instead of multi family properties???
