I recently joined BP after completing my Texas real estate license. We have done several rehabs and have owned one rental. Last year we took a break from real estate investment to learn more about the real estate field. We are now ready to get back to pursuing our investment goals.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
