Somewhat New Member from Metro Detroit

Hello everyone. Hope all you BPers are doing great! Im in Southeast MI and signed up on the site a little over a year ago but realized I never introduced myself. I started with wholesaling through another group at the middle of last year and have done 4 wholesale deals so far. Want to get into rehabbing and rentals this year too. 

I've read a lot on BP which has helped me a ton but never really engaged back which I will definitely start doing. This site and the community are phenomenal. I just started listening to the podcasts from episode 1 about a month ago and am already at podcast 40 (gotta love that 1.5x on the iPhone (thanks for that quick-tip @Brandon Turner)) and they really are "awesome"!

Glad to be here and would love to join a local BP meet-up next time there's one here.
