Hello everyone, I'm new to BP as well as to real estate investing. I live in the greater Cincinnati area and have been reading many books, researching online,  listening to podcasts, and trying to learn as much as possible with regards to real estate investing.

I was born and raised in Cincinnati and was in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2004-2008 where I served two tours to Iraq. From there, I went to the University of Cincinnati and obtained my bachelors  degree in Business Administration, Information Systems. I currently work as an IT Analyst at a local hospital here in Cincinnati.

My goal is to start my real estate endeavor with single family rentals and get into the landlording side of the industry. I plan on working full-time and hope to achieve some cash flow from my property(s) as well as set myself up for financial success in the future. I'm 29 years old so now would be a good time to get started.
