Hi,

My name is Stephanie and I am married to the most amazing man a woman could ask for. No, I'm not saying that because he's a member and can read this post...he isn't...yet. :). I also have a 15 year old son and a 4 year old daughter. Truly, I am blessed beyond belief! 

A little background...I am currently a stay-at-home (SAH) mom with a real estate license. I got my license for investment reasons, and my husband, Peter, isn't too far behind. Prior to my SAH status, I was in the corporate world for most of my career. Peter started off running a pharmacy and is currently the VP of a multinational company. We own and operate an in-home business aside from our other ventures. Peter, and I are brand new into real estate investing, but looking to make a career out of this.

We are currently figuring out what kind of investing we should start in. Originally it was below 200k flips, which turned into higher end, above 400k flips, to pondering multi-family/apartment complexes. See why we need BP?

I became a member of BP to seek wise counsel and learn from experienced investors. If anyone has advice I am all ears. The more help we can get the better and one day I hope we can help others getting started.
