New To Real Estate Investing - Focused On Wholesaling
Hello All!
I'm new to Real Estate Investing and I've decided to focus on Wholesaling. I've been reading books and articles online that discuss different ways to get started but I'd like to get feedback and advice from those of you that have been involved or are currently involved in wholesaling. What steps did you take to get started? What were some of the obstacles you faced while putting together your first deal? How did you become successful in wholesaling? Any knowledge or advice you can offer me would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time!

Thanks for giving me some direction on where to start. I just finished reading The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing, I found it very helpful. I'll check out the other things you suggested as well. Thanks for your suggestions, I appreciate it!
