Hello BP, just wanted to introduce  myself to everyone. My name is Kemba and I'm now starting out into the RE business. Im interested in flipping houses in NJ and wouldnt mind looking out of state. So feel free to pass any info my way. I'm open to learning as much as I can and working with others.

I'm interested in single family homes and in central NJ And Essex county. If you know of any deals, I'm ready and willing.

One question I do have is, I see properties online at zillow, realtor, and  trulia, some properties are distressed would that be a good lead to look into?

I just thought of another question, lol. East Orange is an area that has a lot of foreclosures, is it an area to stay away from?
