Hello,

I'm Morgan Nilsen, I'm 31 years old, married, got 2 kids and I'm from Norway. My wife and I bought our first investment property in my home city in September, but now as Norway is very much a cap gain market, I'm now looking to other countries to invest in instead to pursue cash flow instead.

My next project will be a short term rental in Budapest, Hungary, a city I have never been in. Its pretty intimidating, but I am determined to make it work, no matter what it takes. I am already making 2 other backup plans for exiting the market if I cannot make it work the way I want it to. The plan is to purchase the flat this summer, and have it renovated and ready by the end of the year.

I am looking to connect with people with knowledge about Budapest, and people who are already doing short term rentals overseas.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to meet you all, and thank you for the information that you share with me and the other members of this community.

-Morgan Nilsen
