Hey guys - I signed up awhile ago to listen on the latest chat. I work in the investment space. I'm a marketing and design guy -- not here to sell anything. Spending the past two years in the real estate world (my career prior was not real estate), I've learned to love it. 

My wife and I bought our first project which I intend to build up enough equity to refi and start flipping homes in a similar fashion.

Would love to link up with other Chicago/Illinois contractors, rehabbers, flippers, etc. 

I intend to do most of the renovation work myself, other than the heavy stuff (foundation/framework/electrical/plumbing).
