My name is Michael and I'm a real estate agent in Marina del Rey California. I recently joined the site and started listening to the pod casts and I'm excited to grow my network and real estate knowledge! I've been selling residential real estate around the Los Angeles area for the last few years but this August I'll be relocating to Austin Texas.  My goal is to purchase my first income property within 12 months of moving to Texas!
