From Online Marketing to Real-Estate in Vegas

Hey everyone,

23 year old Internet Marketer from Vegas here

I have been interested in real estate since reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. I recently found biggerpockets when trying to find out ways to start investing for no money down. I probably went through 15+ podcasts in last 2 days while working.

I have a particular skillset right now (I work online as an affiliate marketer and own an advertising company). I know my way around creative online marketing.

I guess my question is: How would you start with someone of my skillset?

I already bought the "ULTIMATE Super Edition book by Brandon" currently diving into that head first.

I am looking forward to spending lots of time here.
