Hi from VT

New to the forum. Found it on a Google search and it seemed like the cream of the crop and the place to be. After reading a bunch of articles and threads I think my first impression wasn't wrong.

I bought a home, lived in it a few years, sold for a nice profit, and moved into another recently. Aside from that I am a newbie. I have been following the market and trying to learn as much as I can with the intention of 'getting in the game' at some point.

I feel like I've learned a lot and one of the things I've learned is that I don't know much! Yet!
