Hey whats up guys, my names Angelo I'm sure you've had dozens of discussions related to new and upcoming investors but id like to take the time to see if anyone would give me some tips. To start out I'm 21 years old, Live on Long Island and i want to get into the real estate game. I have a partner already and were looking to start out flipping properties, and wholesaling. WIth that being said, I was wanted to hear what you guys think of some good tips and advice for me and my partner just starting out! Again sorry if you guys have seen many of these but we want to have the most knowledge as possible from existing investors. Any input from you guys would be really appreciated, Thank you all! -Angelo
