First Time Poster - Kansas City, MO

Hello BP Nation!

My name is Jayson Edwards, 29, from Lee's Summit, MO, a suburb of Kansas City. I have an MBA with a focus on Project Management. After trying to get into the PM field for years now unsuccessfully, my goals and aspirations I once had of climbing the corporate ladder have changed dramatically. Now I want to work for myself, start my own company, and eventually have the financial freedom and flexibility to support a lifestyle I desire. I've always been intrigued with Real Estate, and feel I've found my calling. 

I've been reading material, listening to podcasts, and watching YouTube clips trying to cram in as much information as possible. I'm pondering my entry point, but as of right now the end goal is to obtain many SFH rentals, then reassess my position and possibly move into commercial/apartment complexes.

So far, I'd like to give a shout out to the following KC people, although they don't know me, yet:

Cliff Harrison - I came across your posts about purchasing properties 10 and 11 when I first joined, and saw how quickly you went from having 0 to your current status. Mighty impressive sir, you're rocking it quickly. 

Andrew, Phillip, and Bill Syrios - You three have taken Kansas City by storm, I am completely envious of the aptitude you have regarding purchasing properties and managing them effectively. I watched your 5 part series on YouTube and am enamored by all of your knowledge. I hope to be in your shoes in the future, and feel I'll make it with hard work. 

William Robison - You exude knowledge and come highly referred by investors both inside and out of Kansas City. Just from reading some of your posts on the forums, you are honest and helpful to everyone you interact with. 

I know there are many other great people here in the KC area and I look forward to meeting you, bouncing ideas off of each other, and possibly working together on some deals.
