Hello everybody Me and my wife are newbies to the real estate game. We are actually looking into purchasing our first home and investment property.

The duplex we actually already rent from is for sale and our landlord asked us if we want to buy it. So after being pre-approved i find my self here. And thats how I got thrown into the real estate world.
