My name is Steve Atkinson and I am an Investor Friendly Realtor in the Triad area of NC. I have over 20+ years of residential investing experience, and am a Full Time Real Estate Investor; I am also a Broker with Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors.

As an investor, I have been helping people trying to sell, buy and lease residential properties. I've used varied real estate strategies in helping sellers solve their real estate problems, and for buyers their goal of home ownership, while being profitable. A true win-win.

As a real estate broker, my favorite thing to do and my market niche is working with real estate investors. The investor can be as creative as they want in any type of investment strategy.
