Hey everyone! I'm Erik Tollefsrud. I currently live in Loveland Colorado. I'm brand new to the real estate world but have taken a few seminars as well as read multiple books on the subject. I go above and beyond in everything I do and I am committed to being successful. I want to start off wholesaling (I know, cliché) but eventually would like to buy and hold properties for cash flow. My goal in real estate is to acquire enough properties in 5 years to be financially free and quit my day job. I currently work as a digital marketing consultant for Madwire Media.
