Hello everybody from Bridgeport, CT!!
Hi everybody. I'm Pete, I'm a newbie in Real Estate. I have one deal under my belt in Bridgeport, CT which is a two family that is finally cash flowing after a little under a year. I got into this because I went for one of those guru packages (Not Carlton Sheets) and even though I learned a lot, I found out it is not as easy as the picture that is painted. That being said, I am really glad I got into this and I hope to grow my property portfolio immensely and reap the benefits there-of.
