Actuaries joining BP!

Hi there! Been lurking for a while and decided to join after reading some great discussions. My husband & I both work as actuaries in the Midwest. We paid off our first home in 2012. In 2013 we opened up a HELOC, purchased a new home and turned our old home into a rental. We close on our 2nd rental in the next few weeks. We are really excited! Our strategy is buy and hold SFRs and continue with our day jobs. We are hoping to acquire another property late next year and continue to purchase SFRs... Wish us luck!
