Hi everyone,

I'll have enough saved up next month to do my first deal, but my goal is to have my first rental property by this time next year.  I'm just reading and learning everything I possibly can right now and hope to find lots of good information in this community.  My short term goal is to supplement my income.  But one day, I'd like to have the option to quit my job; it's good to have options!
