My name is Stacey Hampton and I'm a Regional Property Manager in the multi-family industry. My portfolio is in San Antonio, Houston and sometimes Austin. I am looking to use my experience in PM to invest for myself. I would love to meet people in the San Antonio area who invest. I love to learn and would love to hear about your experience. I can understand that. I'm lucky enough to be working for a company that make ethical decisions and refuses to work for clients that don't believe in our standards. We are very focused on increasing the long and short term value of an asset. I'm very hopeful I can apply these principals toward my own assets. In the meantime, I'm hoping to learn as much as I can while I sock away my cash. I will be purchasing my first property in the next 6-9 months.
