My name is Wendy, and I found this website from a "Flipping Formula" review.  I have no background in real estate.  I've built 2 houses (while married) and gutted & remodeled my current house (after divorce).  I live in Houston, TX and work in the Oil & Gas industry, but my passion is looking at floor plans to see how I can make it more functional.  I attended the flipping formula workshop because I really want to learn how to fix and flip houses, but couldn't afford the fee to move onto the detailed classes.

What I did learn is that I need to start out wholesaling properties in order to build a "kitty" fund.  With this money I can then fix the properties up to flip.  Eventually I would like to move into rental properties, but I understand that will be down the road and will take time to get up to speed.

I need to learn about LLC's and how to register for one, and what state would provide the most benefits. I have a lot to learn, but I'm excited!!! I'm ready to begin earning financial freedom!

I look forward to learning more about the people in this community.  Thanks, in advance, for your advice and helpful hints!

Wendy
