My name is Karroll.  I am a real estate newbie from Dayton, Ohio.  I don't have any real experience in real estate yet, but I'm interested on putting my best foot forward and start making deals. I am interested in wholesaling, buying and leasing and eventually flipping. I have not done any deals yet, but I am ready to get involved with the BP Community and all it has to offer.  I am interested in getting involved in real estate deals from Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus.

Thank You.

Welcome to BP!

Lots of free resources for you to digest.  If you haven't already I suggest starting at the learning tab on top.  Read the how to guides and listen to the podcasts.  That should cover the majority of things that come up.
