The Agent Route

With just $3,000 I realized that the best path for me would be to learn the laws and procedures of real estate by becoming an agent. This way I could make money and help people as I learned- while eventually gathering the skills, contacts and resources I need to become an investor and achieve financial freedom. Some might think it;s crazy but it's been working out really well for me so far. I've met some great people and learned WAAAAYY more than I even thought I'd have to. I'll have my license next month and start working some deals!
