Hi everybody, this is Leo and am new to BP. Super excited about being part of the community.

Short bio: I am a high tech pro, working a full time job traveling the world. On the side, I invest in RE. Own a couple of plots of land outside of the country, and three outright rentals in FL - and no, not your typical flashy condos, but solid rental property.

My claim to fame and biggest educational experience in RE is trying to short sale my home three straight times!!...and ending up in foreclosure. Painful, but equivalent to a Masters in RE. Now I am now dedicated to building my buy-hold portfolio of properties...still fully employed.

Looking for: exchange of experiences and info, and expanding my rental portfolio.

Cheers!

Leo.
