I'm a RE investor in Tallahassee, Fl. I own a duplex, live on one side and rent the other. I am the mtg holder on another duplex @ 8% and I am almost done renovating a HUD foreclosure. Eventually, I intend to purchase a coastal property to use and rent weekly.
