Newbie from central Illinois and lake ozark mo area

Hi newbie here to the site but have been doing my own remodels flips/ rentals for the past 3 years. I have a property that I rehabbed and turned into a rental, now working on a flip project on a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath full basement 1500 sq. Im in the process of starting my own business in real estate. I've been a real estate fanatic for as long as I can remember. Love making something old or run down look new again. But most of all the satisfaction you get from the business after a project is complete. Even better when you sell it or rent just knowing your helping someone else out also.

I want to meet and network with people in the business with knowledge. The do's and don'ts that you've discovered the hard way etc. I am always open to expanding my education.

Most of all I want to make my passion of real estate into a career as well as help others out as much as possible. I hope to learn and connect with individuals from all over with all different experiences. Thanks
