Hello all! 

I am very excited to have found BP! I have been listening to the podcasts daily and reading all kinds of amazing articles on the website for the past month or so. 

I've lived in Austin since 2001 and have seen the city change a lot. Austin is definitely a hot spot, so I am looking to purchase in more reasonably priced markets like San Antonio, Houston, or out of state.

I am super excited at the potential that real estate investment has when done correctly. I have one rental I am looking to leverage, so that I can purchase multiple more the next year to reach my goal of $4,000/mo in cashflow.
