Hi, all!

Wanted to finally take a moment to say, "Hello!"  Soon-to-be investor hailing from Maryville, TN ( pronounced Mur-vull ) to scene with zero direct experience in real estate.  Over the past month, since discovering BiggerPockets, I've been soaking in the podcasts like a sponge.  From the vision that I currently have, buy and hold, multi-family properties are what hit me right in the gut.  I have a short term goal of purchasing my first rental within the next three years.  With a long term objective of passing down a billion dollar real estate portfolio to my grandchildren.  You can call me anything you want-- just so long as it doesn't contain ordinary.
