Hello, I'm about as new to this as one can be.  The only real estate transaction I have done is sold our first house and upgraded to a new home. I have a day job that I've been at for 15 years  it's a good job, but would like to learn new ways for investing in real estate. I started a Property maintenance business where I take care of foreclosures on my days off. I would like to get more involved with investing. I have been looking for ways to get started. I think the thing that holds me back the most is fear. Thanks everyone
