Howdie From Spring, Texas!

Hello Everyone,

My name is David B. (even though my profile says Dan Morgan which is the "online name" I use because of my day JOB...).  The picture however is me...

I have been living in Spring, Texas, for a total of 15 years.  I am married and we have with 3 amazing kids!

I am an Entrepreneur and an independent IT consultant by trade, but plan to transition to becoming a full time real estate investor.

I have built and manage a medium sized commercial building with 30+ tenants.  I also used to own a SF investment property that I sold at a profit many years ago.

I plan to start with SFRs and possibly some smaller multi-unit properties.  My wife would like us to rehab and flip because she is an incredible decorator, but I am also looking into wholesaling and rentals.

I have been doing a lot of reading on the forum and I am excited to be a part of such a helpful and generous community!

I look forward to meeting many of you, either in person or online, and look forward to working together on some mutually profitable deals!
