New Up and Comer! Portland, OR

Hello all,

My name is Eric, I have made the decision that I have talked long enough about getting started in real estate. I grew up in homeS that were alway in a state of being remodeled. My parents are brokers and have many properties, which I have helped flip and get ready for renters.

It is now my turn. I have a lot of good experience and my parents make great advisors. I am in the process of writing my business plan. I have a few investors in mind but want to make sure I have my ducks in a row before I approach them.

I have set a goal for myself to have a project started by the end of the year. I look forward to talking with everyone and leaning as much as I can!
