Hello all,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am currently a commercial mortgage broker in New York City, but I am also looking to start investing. Brandon and Josh have gotten me hooked through their podcasts and webinars, so I am interested in starting part time with multi-family buildings in the area to BRRRR.

Looking forward to meeting as many people as I can!
