Hello everyone , my name is Jose Hernandez I am 27 years old from Staten Island New York . I joined Bp a few months back and love the info from experienced investors on here. Sorry for the delay of introducing my self but has been a real busy and hectic couple months. A few things about myself and my background . I am 27 years old as stated above not married and no kids . I currently work for the city which I appreciate for the benefits and generous pay but I don't love what I do. I also own and operate and contracting business with a a partner we do mostly stairs and railing but also do kitchens, baths, flooring etc. Love owning and running my own business and making customers happy but it is is hard labor and don't see myself doing this forever . I have been thinking of buying a house since I could remember but never decided to do it until now. Still undecided on how I want to start but I know first property is usually the hardest. Being around all tropes of property's and renovations I think I would have slight advantage on doing a flip once I learn exactly how to run the numbers on a flip I will def love to do it. Anyway happy to be part of BP and looking forward for the future
