Hi everyone, my name is Vivian de Marchena, I am a license real estate agent in Miami Florida, working for Florida Realty of Miami and I am also a real estate investor since 2014. I buy, rehab and resale properties in Miami Dade, having done 5 properties in the last 7 months.
