Are there crowd-funded real estate sites that accept funds from Self Directed IRAs, from non-accredited investors?

I opened up a Self Directed IRA for another investment. I was wondering if I can also use it this way. I will of course ask my custodian, but curious if anyone has tried it, and have any opinions on crowd-funding sites that will facilitate with these limitations.
