Newbie, kind of, from Pittsburgh, PA / Cape Coral, FL

Hi Everyone, My name is Josh Aronoff and I live in Pittsburgh, PA. I am somewhat of a newbie to real estate. I say somewhat, because technically I have two properties, one in Cape Coral, FL and our house here in Pittsburgh. We use the Cape Coral house for a quick getaway, and while we have two houses, I really don't feel like I'm "playing the game" so to speak. I'm looking to start investing more in real estate in 2015. I'm looking in Pittsburgh, but I read the other day that Cape Coral is one of the fastest growing cities in the country, so I may look down there more aggressively. Will probably start in rental properties and then move into multi family. Been listening to the real estate guys radio and BP podcast and I feel like I'm somewhat ready. I just have to start. So knowing what I'm about, any advice as to next steps??
