I have the Rags now how do I start the journey to Riches.  No savings, No credit (poor score), in debt, with low paying job.

Yes, this is the Rags again let's start the journey to Riches.  I already see myself wealthy with a Legacy.

@Hozie LaMarr Clasberry it starts with dedication, discipline, and sacrifice.  Start with a budget.  What can you take out of your personal spending to put aside to save?

It can be a slow process but the road to financial freedom is not an easy one.  A lot of us took years of saving to get to where we are so don't be discouraged.  As you save, take the time to learn all you can.  Read books, listen to podcasts, talk with local investors.  So when you have the savings to invest you will be well prepared.
