My name is Krista and I am new to BiggerPockets. I am in the process of getting my real estate license (sales associate) and am also looking for somewhere to hang my license as an investor. I am still figuring out my investment strategy but am leaning towards buy and hold and would prefer to buy in the St Pete area. I am looking to join the next REIA meeting in Tampa and look forward to meeting other like minded individuals!
