Newbie from Charlotte NC!

[Sha'Vondra Dillard]

Hi BP!

My name is Sha'Vondra Dillard and I'm new to real estate investing in that I've done no deals.  I became interested in real estate when I sold my grandmother's home to what I now know was an investor after she passed and have been hungry to know and learn more.  I listen to podcasts from Bigger Pockets all day on my full time job and have finally reached the point in life where I know I want to invest in real estate and create a better financial outcome and lifestyle for myself and my family.

Currently I've partnered with a few other newbies in hopes of wholesaling some properties as well as holding.  I would like that to be my main two focuses and given the podcasts, reads, research, and books I've read I'm ready to make it happen!!!!
