Hi, my name is Dustin. I am completely new to the real estate industry but I want to break into real estate investing very much. I would like to start with wholesaling or rehabbing but I have a few things I need to get past and I am not sure how to do that. First, I do not have much capital nor collateral for s loan, my credit is ok but not amazing and I don't know a lot of people who are investor types. So I guess I am wondering if anyobe out there has been in a similar situation and would like to give me some pointers on what I can do to overcome these obstacles. Thanks for everyone's time for reading this and any responses I get. Have a great day and look forward to hearing from you all.

DUSTIN
