initial funding

Hi, my name is Vincent from the San Joaquin area. I am new to this however absolutely determined to do real estate investing for a living. As of right now I am looking into tax liens, deeds and flipping. I have some money for the first two but need a loan for flipping. What is the best way to obtain initial funding for my first investment? Any feedback would be wonderful.

Thank you.

Vincent.
