Getting started in Orlando, FL

I purchased a couple of single family residencies in Orlando during the downturn and I rent them out now. They have done OK for me, appreciating in value and throwing off a little cash each month while getting the equity paid down. Still, I feel like I just got lucky with my timing and want to learn more. A friend told me about this site, so, looking forward to doing a lot of learning here.
