Hello Everyone!

My name is Nick Mercurio and I am a recent Entrepreneurship graduate from Cal State Fullerton. My wife and I have recently decided to pursue Real Estate investing and we are really excited about it. After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, my perspective on my goals for the future changed completely. I actually discovered bigger pockets through searching "top real estate books for REIs" on google and I signed up right away. Ever since joining, I've been plugging in to the podcasts, blog posts and reading UBG to real estate investing and WOW what an amazing way to learn more and more every day. 

My wife and I have found that we are interested in wholesaling and house flipping, however the market here in Orange County seems pretty expensive, so we are open to finding deals in other counties or even other states. We are both passionate about entrepreneurship and feel that REI is such a great fit for us and that we have been blessed to have found Bigger Pockets. I look forward to connecting with you sharing my experiences.
