My name is Melanie and I have always been drawn to real estate and remodeling. I get a great sense of satisfaction from taking something from a distressed or outdated state and turning it into something new or building something from scratch like a deck. I co-own a Hair Salon-Tattoo Shop (which we completely remodeled from a doctors office to our Salon on our own) and I am a tattoo artist. 

I got into real estate at a young age and owned 2 rentals by the time I was 20yrs old. I was a Realtor in MI for a few years but did not pursue it again when I moved to Louisiana. Dealing more hands on with Fix-n-Flips is better suited for my personality than sales or being a landlord so that's what I am pursuing.
