Good Evening,

My husband is a contractor, runs his own business for a year. Before then he was working for a company for ten year, the reason he got into working for himself is because he new he can make more money and have the flexibility working for himself.

We are looking in getting into flipping houses in the tri-state area. Marcos is licensed and insured in the tri-state area.  We are looking to partner with and investor that is and expert in flipping houses.  There is a great benefit in having a contractor as your partner, you cut down on labor cost.
