Hi all,

I joined BiggerPockets recently and I am active investor/landlord in Nevada.

I am interested in various type of deals from SFR, Multi-Family, Wholesale, Flips, and etc.

At this point, I have done few SFR investment deals and looking to get into Multi-Family in near future (few months). I am highly motivated and continue to educate myself with this forms, discussing with real people, or reading the recommended books.

I am happy to talk to everyone on this form who like to give me advise, correct my thoughts, oppose to my comments, or possibly mentoring me as well as I hope to provide any information and experience to new investor or become a partner for deals as I grow.
