Hello all. My name is Amanda and I am here to learn the ropes on bird dogging and investing. I have been in the real estate market for over 8 years. I am currently the title agency manager for an escrow company. I have worked in many different areas, but never in investing. I am very interested in the investing market now. I have heard some good things about bird dogging/property locating and want to learn more. I do not have the money to invest in property at this point, though I hope to in the near future. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to meeting new people and learning as much as possible. :D
