Introduction all the way from Monterrey, México

Hello everyone,

My name is Juan, I live in Monterrey, Nuevo León, México. Located in the Northeast of the Country (near Texas). I've been following BP podcasts for about 2 months now and I looks like it is a great community so I decided to jump in and introduce myself.

I'm a newb investor holding 2 properties now (1 is just land located in Costa Rica the other one is Commercial rental in México), I am currently looking to get a commercial rental as the third property in my portfolio. I'm really looking forward to keep learning and gaining experience on real estate investing.
