My name is Anton Webb, and I will be moving to Dayton, OH toward the end of June 2015 and starting a 4-year grad school program toward the end of July 2015. The program budget for rent alone is about $28,500 over the course of 4 years. My goal is to purchase a Multi-Family property, renovate the units, live in one unit, and rent the other units to classmates/tenants. I won’t be fully employed during these four years, but I will have income in the form of student loans. Currently, I'm looking to obtain financing for a ($30k-$40k) Multi-Family property/renovation.
